Our UTV frame is purpose built to handle the harshest environments, providing a secure and durable platform for your sprayer.

  • Robust Construction: The frame is constructed from folded 3mm 'C' section steel, then sandblasted, primed and finished with a resilient hammertone powder coating.

  • Easy & Safe Handling: Comes standard with four secure 'tie down' points and in-built forklift slippers for straightforward mounting, transport and removal.

Every component is selected for maximum performance and longevity, ensuring your sprayer works flawlessly when you need it most.

  • Powerful Engine: Driven by the reliable Kohler 6HP Command Pro CH260 motor with recoil start.​

  • Industry Leading Pump System: Features a Bertolini PA330 pump (34L/min @ 40 bar) paired with a Bertolini ‘Karin’ 2-tap controller for precise and consistent pressure regulation.

  • Durable Tank: Equipped with an Australian made, 300L UV-stabilised poly pin-mounted tank. It includes a 50-micron filter, a shut-off valve and a full drainage sump for easy cleaning.

  • Effortless Hose Management: The robust, clutch driven retractable reel features a 316 stainless steel shaft and an efficient Australian made ‘Elsema’ retraction system. It eliminates manual winding and effortlessly pulls the hose back, even on steep terrain.

  • Chemical & Kink Resistant Hose & Gun: Comes standard with 75m of tough, Australian made ½” nylon ‘Red Eel’ chemical and kink resistant hose and the versatile Turbo 400 spray gun.  Other gun options are available.
